Fitness is an 8-12week challenge, where we do high intensity workouts and bootcamps, 5-6x a week. The main goal of the challenge is weight loss, and we measure and weigh ourselves weekly, hoping for the number to drop, only to be left feeling disappointed when it doesn't go that way.

Fitness is what we make of it. We strength train 3-4x a week, with the main goal of becoming more capable. This way is sustainable, therefore we become consistent. We're no longer consumed by the number on the scale, and learn that fitness isn't an option, but a necessity for a healthy and happy life.

This isn't a 1:1 program. Capable was designed to be a DIY program, meaning you choose the pace. However, because helping others on their health journey is such a huge passion of mine, I am in the app frequently. I post in the community forum often, and occasionally take a look at your recent activity to offer encouragement and advice, if needed.
